Duplex with Courtyard
| The twin duplex is similar to the standard house, modified to include a courtyard, and designed for two to stand side by side or made to fit the corner of a room. There are front entries to each house and to the courtyard. Side doors from each house also connect them to the courtyard. Complete instructions are provided for different courtyard options - the length of the wall and the angle at which the houses are set is determined by individual preference. The houses can be rearranged, placed together or separated. This plan is ideal for siblings who need their own space or would like to entertain their friends separately. It can be used for a group of children as in a preschool setting. |
