Our plans are modeled after the original design created 18 years ago for our eldest daughter, Stephanie by her grandmother.

The house patterns feature a sloped roof, batted shingles, flowers, grass 'landscaping' and cottage style trim.

Each has removable curtains with drawback ties, which make changing the inside decor a snap.

We've also added a picket fence, window boxes with batted flowers and a little caterpillar.

All houses were designed so basic sewing skills, a standard machine and iron are all that would be needed.   No special tools or materials are needed for the frame.

All of the patterns include complete sewing instructions, illustrations, templates, 'PVC' plans and materials list.

The house may be removed from the frame and is meant to be machine washable.  The house and frame can be taken down and put back together easily.
